Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of Bae, a Telegram mini program that facilitates the sharing, engaging, and unlocking of social content. By registering for and using Bae, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

• We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
• Users can use Telegram Stars to unlock and purchase paid content on the platform.
• Users can earn Points by completing specific platform tasks. These Points can be redeemed for platform-based rewards only.
• In the event of a dispute, you agree to notify us and attempt mediation before initiating any legal action.

Definitions

"Bae"

refers to our Telegram mini program and platform.

"We," "our," "us"

refer to the operators of Bae.

"Content"

means any material uploaded to Bae, including photos, videos, audio, text, and other media.

"Creator"

refers to a user who posts Content.

"Follower"

refers to a user who views or unlocks a Creator's Content.

"Follower Stars Payment"

means any payment in Telegram Stars made by a Follower to access Creator Content.

"Telegram Stars"

are the virtual currency used on Bae to unlock content.

"Points"

are platform-based rewards earned by Followers for completing tasks, which can be redeemed for certain benefits within Bae.

Content Policy

Ownership and License:

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of all Content that you upload to Bae.
• License: By uploading Content, you grant Bae a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use the Content for the purpose of operating, marketing, and promoting the Bae platform. This license ends when you delete the Content or close your account, except where the Content has been shared, reposted, or used for platform-related marketing.

Responsibility:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all Content you upload complies with applicable laws, these Terms of Use, and our community guidelines.
• All Content must be legal, non-infringing, and must not violate the intellectual property, privacy, or rights of others.
• You must not upload any offensive, defamatory, explicit, harmful, or illegal content.

Content Removal:

• We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or is reported by other users.
• If you violate our Content Policy, we may suspend or terminate your account and withhold any unpaid earnings or Points.

Payments

Refund Policy:

All Telegram Stars used on the Bae platform are non-refundable.

Points System

• Earning Points: Users may earn Points by engaging with Content, completing platform challenges, or referring new users.
• Redeeming Points: Points can only be redeemed for in-platform benefits and have no cash value.
• No Guarantees: We reserve the right to modify the Points system, including tasks, redemption rates, and reward availability, at any time.

Changes to Terms of Use

• Liability Limitations: To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of Bae, including loss of content, revenue, or Telegram Stars.
• User Interactions: We are not responsible for disputes between Followers and Creators. Any disputes should be resolved directly between the involved parties.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of the country where Bae operates, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local regulations.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to notify us via email or Telegram and engage in good-faith mediation before taking formal legal action.
• Binding Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration as the preferred method of resolution.

Additional Legal Protections

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Bae harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of Bae or violation of these Terms.
